Watching the magnificent sunsets from the park and pier is spectacular. City of Gatineau runs many free activities. The fireworks display was excellent and we watched it from a boat in the water. The bicycle path is lovely and we road on both sides of the Ottawa River crossing 2 bridges for a 3 hour round trip passing rapids and parliament.
